Very clean, great breakfast, nice staff, quiet venue
As for a couple our double room was a little too small but it is not worth mentioning

Very nice, charming and quiet rooms. Also pretty big for Paris. Everything newly renovated. If there was anything to complain about, then the open bathroom, ie the rooms are only suitable for couples, and the few hooks in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely. in order. I've stayed in 4-star hotels that did not work. The location is good, a few minutes to the metro and Place de la République.

A charming little family-run hotel in the heart of Paris with good access to the Metro (République & Jacques Bonsergent). The Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine and Galerie Lafayette are very well within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Equipment and style of our room lifted and to feel good. The decor with attention to detail. The air conditioning worked great and was at the beginning of August 2018 so to speak a must.

The breakfasts were enjoyable with specialty coffees, cheese, and waffles and friendly service. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.- Each spotless and silent room had a safe box, a kettle, and tea and coffee.- Marvellous and incredible location, it was so close to Paris in a four-day break.- Important metro stations and several cute restaurants & grocery stores are nearby.

The location of the hotel near to the metro station 'Place de la Republique', from this point you have very good connections with the public transport in all directions. All the reception staff were very friendly and helped with reservations in restaurants, maps from the metro network with directions to tourist attractions, tips to go out in the area

location is not too bad for sightseeing in paris
room is far too small, no airconditioning, breakfast is not enough variety, and can be very noisy at times.... + bed is very small (double bed not queen bed for 2 person)

Unique hotel with very good service in marvellous location close enough to the republique metro which made many lines intersecting. The rooms with aircon, Nespresso coffee machine plus wash basin.

The rooms here were small but nice, with air conditioning and coffee/tea making facilities and were conveniently located near bars and cafés.

Very friendly & helpful receptionist. Warm and comfortable room - not spacious but with good design
Price of very ordinary Breakfast with cold coffee @ 15 euros/head. We went out for breakfast after this at much less cost for better quality.

The room was nicely furnished, very clean and although a bit warm due to the heat outside; we didn't feel uncomfortable. Its a good location to get to the centre relatively easily. I would stay there again due to its location and the nice room but the luggage incident below has put me off. I also thought that the sound proofing was good. Much better than some hotels that I have visited.
It was too early to check in so they told us that we could leave our luggage in the hotel next door. The place had a code to the outside entrance and then there was just a cupboard inside the building near the entrance. This would have worked fine. However on returning we found the entrance door to this building wide open and no one around. Anyone could have walked in and just taken our luggage! I also felt that it was a bit expensive for 170 euros a night (but thats Paris) . We were told to pay up front on arrival and they didn't appear to have a credit card facility.(but I could have been wrong about this last thing) . The area at night is okay but you need to walk about 10 minutes to an area you are happy to walk around in the evening. Our TV had about 3 channels working and my bed side light switch was behind the bed which was heavy and I couldn't switch it on. The toilet flush kept running all night with water dripping into the bowl which we could hear.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
